Neshkoro is located at 43°57′49″N 89°13′0″W / 43.96361°N 89.21667°W (43.963867, -89.216712).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total Place of 2.10 square miles (5.44 km), of which, 2.01 square miles (5.21 km2) of it is estate and 0.09 square miles (0.23 km) is water.
