Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photos may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. We will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Delivery Policy

Every arrangement ordered from La Tulipe flowers is personally hand delivered by top-rated local florists. We offer same-day, next-day and future date flower delivery. Our cut-off time for same-day delivery is 12:00pm Mon-Sat (*In The Recipient’s Time Zone, SATURDAY DELIVERIES are not available in all areas.) SAME-DAY DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED. IF FOR ANY REASON YOUR ORDER CAN’T BE DELIVERED SAME-DAY, WE WILL DELIVER YOUR ORDER THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IF THERE IS ANY DELAY. FUNERAL SERVICE:  FUNERAL SERVICE ORDERS MUST BE PLACED 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE (72 HOURS FOR MONDAY SERVICES.) Orders received after our 12pm cut-off time will be delivered the following day. Please note that we do not make deliveries on Sunday. If you would like to request a specific delivery time, please enter it into the Notes field during checkout. We do our best to accommodate your preferences, but we do not guarantee delivery times. We recommend that you place orders around holidays at least two or three days in advance. Rural deliveries may be delayed due to driving distance and are usually delivered later in the day depending on driver routes. Also, fresh flowers may not be available in all rural locations and we may need to delay your delivery. If there is a delay we will notify you.
