Was my order delivered?If you received a Delivery Confirmation email, we were notified by the delivering florist that your order was delivered. If you haven't received the Delivery Confirmation email, we are waiting for our delivering florist to notify us. Many times florists wait till the delivery driver returns to the shop before confirming orders. If you received a delivery confirmation and your recipient has not received the flowers, please contact us.
I need to change the delivery date.
Send us an email to let us know the new date for the delivery, the sooner the better.
