If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we delivered, simply contact us at (855) 311-1110. To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. We will refund your purchase “OR” replace the original arrangement with one of equal or greater value, at no additional charge to you.
