La Tulipe always comes through with the best designs! I ordered flowers for my sister in law's birthday, and they chose a really clean look that was very tasteful and beautiful, but simple. The flowers were super fresh, and I went back to my brothers house almost a month later and the flowers still looked fresh. I was really surprised ! I will always use La Tulipe because I trust that their designers will do a great job, and the GREAT customer service from them is always a plus.

I feel this place is past its prime. Place is cramped and dated. Flower arrangement styles are dated. Even the center it's in is in need of a renovation. Stopped in to pick up flowers for my wife and just didn't like the whole deal. Very limited selection. Asked for roses to be wrapped in brown paper and I got this weird iridescent glittering mesh fabric wrap. Roses were moderate in quality at best. Just weird.

I normally order from a different florist in North OC, but our Memorial service was in South OC so I looked at what several different florist offered and really liked what I saw on La Tulipe's site. I ordered on online but had a few questions so I called first. I had the pleasure of speaking to Annie and she was really helpful. The flowers arrived on time and were very beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend or order again from this florist.

We chose La Tulipe as it was a preferred vendor from our wedding venue. The owner, Annie, was very pleasant to work with, was helpful with all our questions/concerns, good with communication, and made our vision come true for our big day. There was also never any pressure on budget, which was very refreshing! Our centerpieces were included in our package through the venue (part of the reason we went with La Tulipe, as she had worked this venue many times) and they were exactly what we wanted - personally, I had feared they would be/look cheap (since they were "included"), but I was REALLY impressed with how they turned out. Annie also worked with my now Husband, on two projects, that were surprises - both turned out amazing! All in all, we were both very happy with La Tulipe, and would recommend to anyone looking for a florist.

Annie is TOP NOTCH and we have been going to this floral shop for years. We use it for all of our events, special occasions and I used La Tulipe for my wedding. The most gorgeous arrangements and they'll always work with your budget. Whenever I get flowers delivered at work I get constant compliments. I highly recommend La Tulipe for all of your floral needs.

A good friend of mine introduced me to this floral shop. Went through their menu and chose my choice. Their custom designs are beautiful, but a tad too expensive on the orchid designs. All in all, it's a great floral shop and conveniently located.

I was married in Dana Point, CA and planned a very quick wedding (only 4 months to plan). La Tulipe was one of the preferred vendors of my venue and was my first and only florist that I met with. I actually met with a younger man ( I believe it was the owners brother) who was very pleasant, informative and super helpful on making my budget go far. I wanted to use a special type of orchid and he was able to help me not only find complimentary flowers but also other types of awesome looking orchid types that would really go with the VERY expensive orchid I wanted to use as my main flower.

After telling him what I wanted and needed I was able to communicate very easily with Annie via email. Her emails were detailed, prompt and informative. I feel like she really listened to what I wanted. I also had 25 centerpiece cakes that I wanted extra decretive flowers and petals for so that my wedding helpers (mother and mother-in-law) and venue coordinator could decorate them. Not only did they make sure that the church looked awesome, but the venue looked AMAZING. Annie and her team went above and beyond and decorated each cake (which was not something we discussed her doing). I was so Thankful! She delivered my bouquet, bridesmaid flowers and flower girl flowers to me and the Groom and groomsmen flowers to them on time (actually perfect time for the photographer).

Overall, not worrying about the flowers, having them come out so beautiful and everything being on time and right really made my day so awesome!!! I would use La Tulipe Floral for any and all my floral needs for anything I do down south!

A truly lovely experience from start to finish and all done online/through email. They were incredibly responsive when my original delivery date was not available and were able to update to a new address on short notice. The arrangement they created was superb and the recipient loved it. Definitely go with "Designer's Choice" if you don't know what to pick; the flower artists here really have a gorgeous eye. I received a picture of the flowers and was told the picture doesn't do them justice. In fact, not until later did they realize the arrangement was photographed from behind. If that was the back side, I can't image how spectacular the front was. I was told they were the freshest flowers they'd ever seen delivered from a florist. The consensus is this arrange will bring joy for days to come. Thank you La Tulipe for helping me make my mother's birthday special.

She's made several arrangements for me, ranging from birthday bouquet, table decor and larger funeral arrangement and quite a few more. Each time she's knocked it out of the park! I tried to send same day delivery flowers. I put the order in before the cut-off time. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here. They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them!

I am editing my review because the Customer service representative , Annie, followed up on my problem after reading this review and got to the bottom of my problem. She called me personally and we got flowers out to my friend on time. Thank you Annie!

La Tulipe went above & beyond! I placed a late order for a floral arrangement to be delivered the next day for a funeral. I received a call later that same night and spoke to the kind lady(I'm so sorry I can't remember your name ), but she said due to the late order they couldn't promise they would have the flowers needed for my order. I explained the situation and explained that it was ok for her to use whatever flowers she had. I wasn't promised on time delivery but they were gonna do their best. I am grateful for the effort because they delivered on time. Thank you so much for great customer service. If I can get ahold of the floral arrangement they made, I'll post. But I would highly recommend La Tulipe Floral Designs.

I received a stunning arrangement prepared by the very talented Annie Kim Owner/Designer. It came with watering instructions, which I followed. The arrangement is still gorgeous two weeks later! Highly recommend this business! BTW, I live on Balboa Island and the delivery was right on time!

I would give more stars if I could. Annie put together the perfect floral arrangement for my niece, who is in the hospital. My niece loved them. She sent me a picture and they were beautiful. Sooooo, I don't know where to start. I needed to send SYMPATHY flowers to a very special friend. She lives in a semi rural area in SC.... 30 min outside Charleston. I called closer stores as well. 2 hours, NO exaggeration on the phone calls. I was met with 1 We don't deliver to that area code many times. 2. we only do weddings this time of year. 2. Many phone calls not returned. 4. No inventory in the winter besides Christmas. I could go on and on. Maybe one more. 5. The craziest was the delivery charge that was almost the amount of the flowers. Thanks so much for listening so far. ******Here comes the best part. The last store I tried was the wrong store or I should say the wrong state. This store is located in Laguna Beach, CA. I still don't know how this happened. A Guardian Angel named "Annie" whose voice even sounds sweet. She was so patient listening to my story. She said, "I will do everything possible to help." I don't know how she made that happen, but she did. After phone calls back in forth and texts. This woman deserves a 10+++ in kindness, "Annie" really cared. Nowadays people are so fast to complain or criticize and I hope she knows how grateful I am. How she made time for me I don't know. Her flower shop is quite busy. Look at those flowers on the website. Just so BEAUTIFUL and unique. I wish I could have met Annie or send her flowers.
