With all the expenses that had already incurred for the funeral service, we were on a tight budget. Annie was extremely understanding and worked with the budget we gave her, while still ensuring that the flowers we receive will be beautiful. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here. They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them!
I am editing my review because the Customer service representative , Annie, followed up on my problem after reading this review and got to the bottom of my problem. She called me personally and we got flowers out to my friend on time. Thank you Annie!
