Sooooo, I don't know where to start. I needed to send SYMPATHY flowers to a very special friend. She lives in a semi rural area in SC.... 30 min outside Charleston. I called closer stores as well. 2 hours, NO exaggeration on the phone calls. I was met with 1 We don't deliver to that area code many times. 2. we only do weddings this time of year. 2. Many phone calls not returned. 4. No inventory in the winter besides Christmas. I could go on and on. Maybe one more. 5. The craziest was the delivery charge that was almost the amount of the flowers. Thanks so much for listening so far. ******Here comes the best part. The last store I tried was the wrong store or I should say the wrong state. This store is located in Laguna Beach, CA. I still don't know how this happened. A Guardian Angel named "Annie" whose voice even sounds sweet. She was so patient listening to my story. She said, "I will do everything possible to help." I don't know how she made that happen, but she did. After phone calls back in forth and texts. This woman deserves a 10+++ in kindness, "Annie" really cared. Nowadays people are so fast to complain or criticize and I hope she knows how grateful I am. How she made time for me I don't know. Her flower shop is quite busy. Look at those flowers on the website. Just so BEAUTIFUL and unique. I wish I could have met Annie or send her flowers. However, I'm happy this kind of woman is just where she belongs... surrounded by beautiful colors, light, fragrance, etc. I am forever grateful for her compassion.

This week was my mothers 90th birthday and I couldn't be with her. She has recently been placed in a Board & Care facility (one step below Assisted Living) and her days are not what they were. So, it was to be flowers to bring her some joy. I always try to find a local florist to whomever I'm sending to. Read the reviews and it was to be La Tulipe. I received a picture of the flowers and was told the picture doesn't do them justice. In fact, not until later did they realize the arrangement was photographed from behind. If that was the back side, I can't image how spectacular the front was. I was told they were the freshest flowers they'd ever seen delivered from a florist. The consensus is this arrange will bring joy for days to come. Thank you La Tulipe for helping me make my mother's birthday special.

Annie designed the flowers for my wedding. She is so personable and great to work with during the planning process. Planning a wedding can be stressful and it was nice to get her feedback and advise on setup and design. She kept us on track with the amount we budgeted for flowers. Everything came out amazing! Looking back at our wedding photos it’s clear how the arrangements can really change an event space and make it “you” for your special day.

I tried to send same day delivery flowers. I put the order in before the cut-off time. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here. They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them!

I received a stunning arrangement prepared by the very talented Annie Kim Owner/Designer. It came with watering instructions, which I followed. The arrangement is still gorgeous two weeks later! Highly recommend this business! BTW, I live on Balboa Island and the delivery was right on time!

The most beautiful and amazing spray of flowers!!! So creative! I asked for them to incorporate a water polo cap and ball (who would've guessed that you could put a large ball in the center of a spray) - unbelievable!!!

I used Annie for my wedding. She was fantastic. I was very vague in my description of what I wanted. I basically told her she was the professional, not me, so she needed to tell me what was going to look good. Told her we were going for a rustic look for our wedding, what my colors were, and sent her a couple pictures of things I liked. She nailed it! Exactly what I imagined, but couldn't say. She was so friendly and personable too. Flowers were delivered on time and everything went off without a hitch. Professional, friendly, and very talented! Oh and prices were very reasonable as well.

We chose La Tulipe as it was a preferred vendor from our wedding venue. The owner, Annie, was very pleasant to work with, was helpful with all our questions/concerns, good with communication, and made our vision come true for our big day. There was also never any pressure on budget, which was very refreshing! Our centerpieces were included in our package through the venue (part of the reason we went with La Tulipe, as she had worked this venue many times) and they were exactly what we wanted - personally, I had feared they would be/look cheap (since they were "included"), but I was REALLY impressed with how they turned out. Annie also worked with my now Husband, on two projects, that were surprises - both turned out amazing! All in all, we were both very happy with La Tulipe, and would recommend to anyone looking for a florist.

La Tulipe floral designs helped with my son's Senior Night at Dana Hills High School. Annie and her staff did an amazing job with the bouquets that matched the school colors all the way down to the ribbon. Annie is the best! When I was planning my wedding I knew I wanted the flowers to be amazing. I looked through tons of web images and I found many ideas. But, when the time came to deciding exactly what I wanted, I was overwhelmed. I worked with Annie and she created a beautiful design which was better than I could imagine. I was really impressed that Annie was willing to help me save money by replacing some expensive blooms with other flowers which were just as lovely. This little flower shop is great. They listen to what you want and design beautiful bouquets every-time. Last time I got flowers for my wife, they we're wonderfully arranged and lasted for more than a week.

It's amazing the quality of work the designer at La Tulipé provide for me and my office. EVERY TIME I send arrangements to a client or loved one, they ALWAYS tell me how well-crafted their floral arrangements were arranged! I'm not exactly sure what it is that makes the floral arrangements so amazing, but seriously, the only flowers my clients remember are the ones that I send from La Tulipé. Have also used them for event-related arrangements at venues like the Ritz and the Montage, and was very pleasantly surprised everytime they came under budget while also providing the highest quality work. Met with Annie at La Tulipe to order a casket spray for my Uncle's service. I provided her a picture of what we wanted the arrangements to look like and the flowers we wanted. With all the expenses that had already incurred for the funeral service, we were on a tight budget. Annie was extremely understanding and worked with the budget we gave her, while still ensuring that the flowers we receive will be beautiful. When we arrived at my Uncle's viewing, we were very pleased and happy at how beautiful she made the spray...better than what we had envisioned.
