La Tulipe has had all of my business since day 1. The owner Annie is a sweetheart & will go above and beyond for her customers. The arrangements are always fresh, made beautifully and its apparent that they aren't just thrown together like some other florists do. The arrangements are always fresh, made beautifully and its apparent that they aren't just thrown together like some other florists do.
