They are not what they used to be. Overpriced, the flowers they deliver are a bastered-child version of what you see on the website and the vase they come in are almost never the same as what you see on the website. I gave them a 3 because the owner is very nice on the phone.

Sooooo, I don't know where to start. I needed to send SYMPATHY flowers to a very special friend. She lives in a semi rural area in SC.... 30 min outside Charleston. I called closer stores as well. 2 hours, NO exaggeration on the phone calls. I was met with 1 We don't deliver to that area code many times. 2. we only do weddings this time of year. 2. Many phone calls not returned. 4. No inventory in the winter besides Christmas. I could go on and on. Maybe one more. 5. The craziest was the delivery charge that was almost the amount of the flowers. Thanks so much for listening so far. ******Here comes the best part. The last store I tried was the wrong store or I should say the wrong state. This store is located in Laguna Beach, CA. I still don't know how this happened. A Guardian Angel named "Annie" whose voice even sounds sweet. She was so patient listening to my story. She said, "I will do everything possible to help." I don't know how she made that happen, but she did. After phone calls back in forth and texts. This woman deserves a 10+++ in kindness, "Annie" really cared. Nowadays people are so fast to complain or criticize and I hope she knows how grateful I am. How she made time for me I don't know. Her flower shop is quite busy. Look at those flowers on the website. Just so BEAUTIFUL and unique. I wish I could have met Annie or send her flowers. However, I'm happy this kind of woman is just where she belongs... surrounded by beautiful colors, light, fragrance, etc. I am forever grateful for her compassion.

I ordered a flower arrangement for a friend who just had surgery. I chose La Tulipe Floral Designs because I was recommended by a few people. Someone told me that they are family owned. I decided to give this flower shop a try. I ordered the flowers titled " One Fine Day", In the picture online, it looks like a beautiful vase with something green inside. I saw a picture of the flowers that my friend received, The vase looked nothing like the picture, The vase part didn't seem like it was glass, seemed like a cheap basket but couldn't tell for sure. The vase in the picture on the website seemed like clear glass. The vase I saw from my friend seemed like a greenish color. Overall, they did A GREAT job designing them but it was way too pricy. I understand there is a delivery fee and other fees but it was way to pricy for the look of the flowers. It also looked really small. I wish they put it in a better looking vase. Overall, I liked it but it wasn't great. I am not sure if I would use them again. I bet, there are other flower shops that may be a little less expensive. I thought I would give them a four rating because the flowers looked beautiful but wasn't great. Wish it was a clear vase. I am not sure if I would order from them again unless they had coupons or better deals.

Though what I ordered was not what was delivered, they were extremely prompt in responding and handling the issue. I will try them again.

The flower arrangement that Annie at La Tulipe sent to the Service I was attending was better than I expected and without having the picture from online next to the arrangement, I would have said, it was the same, just bigger and better! I totally lucked out by calling La Tulipe Floral Designs. I live in Chicago, my sister in law lives in Evergreen. The flowers were stunning and the people are so nice. They really get the look you're asking for and they're very accommodating. Wish they'd open up a store in Chicago!

Annie is fabulous! Her arrangements are amazing! She's very easy to work with and just gets the aesthetic every time. She's made several arrangements for me, ranging from birthday bouquet, table decor and larger funeral arrangement and quite a few more. Each time she's knocked it out of the park! She's so talented and I wouldn't use anyone else! Annie and her shop are an absolute gem in Laguna Niguel.

The design is beautiful, I ordered the 'sammi' arrangement with orchids and I paid extra for premium so i figured that if the picture shown on their web it's already beautiful as it is, so paying for premium will be even better since they specify that more blooming will be added! The arrangement delivered was beautiful but looked basic even less blooming than picture on their web. Although it was a beautiful arrangement design but I dont think extra blooming was added to it.

A truly lovely experience from start to finish and all done online/through email. They were incredibly responsive when my original delivery date was not available and were able to update to a new address on short notice. The arrangement they created was superb and the recipient loved it. Definitely go with "Designer's Choice" if you don't know what to pick; the flower artists here really have a gorgeous eye. But, when the time came to deciding exactly what I wanted, I was overwhelmed. I worked with Annie and she created a beautiful design which was better than I could imagine. I placed an order for a Bday bouquet that wasn´t delivered on the indicated date. I had issues contacting the seller, but once I did I was explained that she had staff with Covid that weren´t available to answer calls or emails. In addition, apparently the local florist had shut down their system for personal reasons (??) and didn´t process my order. A chain of odd events. Eventually, although a day later than the original date, the California seller took care of my order and upgrated the bouquet to the most expensive one and was delivered a day later. I would recommend always making sure the florist is a local seller in your area.
