I ordered for same day delivery and the order unfortunately was delivered in freezing temperatures so the plant did not survive. I have been using La Tulipe Floral Designs for a few years now to surprise my Mom in Michigan. Here is the latest arrangement they did for my mothers 70th birthday. Beautiful flowers! Me and my boyfriend called Wednesday night for a bouquet and a boutonnière on our prom Saturday morning and we were taken care of immediately! I ordered the flowers titled " One Fine Day", In the picture online, it looks like a beautiful vase with something green inside. I saw a picture of the flowers that my friend received, The vase looked nothing like the picture, The vase part didn't seem like it was glass, seemed like a cheap basket but couldn't tell for sure. The vase in the picture on the website seemed like clear glass. The vase I saw from my friend seemed like a greenish color.

Overall, they did A GREAT job designing them but it was way too pricy. I understand there is a delivery fee and other fees but it was way to pricy for the look of the flowers. It also looked really small. I wish they put it in a better looking vase. Overall, I liked it but it wasn't great. I am not sure if I would use them again. I bet, there are other flower shops that may be a little less expensive. I thought I would give them a four rating because the flowers looked beautiful but wasn't great. I didn't really want to give a 3 rating but it was really close to a 3.

I am not sure if I would order from them again unless they had coupons or better deals.

Met with Annie at La Tulipe to order a casket spray for my Uncle's service. I provided her a picture of what we wanted the arrangements to look like and the flowers we wanted. With all the expenses that had already incurred for the funeral service, we were on a tight budget. Really great flower shop. The staff are kind, helpful, and know what they’re doing. They helped me pick something out quickly and made it easy. I placed an order for a Bday bouquet that wasn´t delivered on the indicated date. I had issues contacting the seller, but once I did I was explained that she had staff with Covid that weren´t available to answer calls or emails. In addition, apparently the local florist had shut down their system for personal reasons (??) and didn´t process my order. A chain of odd events. Eventually, although a day later than the original date, the California seller took care of my order and upgrated the bouquet to the most expensive one and was delivered a day later. I would recommend always making sure the florist is a local seller in your area.

I was married in Dana Point, CA and planned a very quick wedding (only 4 months to plan). La Tulipe was one of the preferred vendors of my venue and was my first and only florist that I met with. I actually met with a younger man ( I believe it was the owners brother) who was very pleasant, informative and super helpful on making my budget go far. I wanted to use a special type of orchid and he was able to help me not only find complimentary flowers but also other types of awesome looking orchid types that would really go with the VERY expensive orchid I wanted to use as my main flower.

After telling him what I wanted and needed I was able to communicate very easily with Annie via email. Her emails were detailed, prompt and informative. I feel like she really listened to what I wanted. I also had 25 centerpiece cakes that I wanted extra decretive flowers and petals for so that my wedding helpers (mother and mother-in-law) and venue coordinator could decorate them. Not only did they make sure that the church looked awesome, but the venue looked AMAZING. Annie and her team went above and beyond and decorated each cake (which was not something we discussed her doing). I was so Thankful! She delivered my bouquet, bridesmaid flowers and flower girl flowers to me and the Groom and groomsmen flowers to them on time (actually perfect time for the photographer).

Overall, not worrying about the flowers, having them come out so beautiful and everything being on time and right really made my day so awesome!!! I would use La Tulipe Floral for any and all my floral needs for anything I do down south!

I used Annie for my wedding. She was fantastic. I was very vague in my description of what I wanted. I basically told her she was the professional, not me, so she needed to tell me what was going to look good. Told her we were going for a rustic look for our wedding, what my colors were, and sent her a couple pictures of things I liked. She nailed it! Exactly what I imagined, but couldn't say. She was so friendly and personable too. Flowers were delivered on time and everything went off without a hitch. Professional, friendly, and very talented! Oh and prices were very reasonable as well.

First and foremost, La Tulipe's has one of the most beautiful and freshest flower arrangements I've ever seen. I've ordered the 'designer's choice' for my partners birthday and it was absolutely stunning.

In addition, Annie and her team are beyond amazing. There was a slight mix up on the delivery address and Annie personally stepped up to resolve this issue, on a Friday night too! Never have I experienced such spectacular customer service.

I tried to send same day delivery flowers. I put the order in before the cut-off time. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here. They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them!
