La Tulipe is unreal! They have saved me on several occasions with late orders. I highly recommend "designers choice!" I gave a few simple details about my mom, and they delivered a GORGEOUS arrangement that she is in love with! I won't use another florist ever!

I feel this place is past its prime. Place is cramped and dated. Flower arrangement styles are dated. Even the center it's in is in need of a renovation. Stopped in to pick up flowers for my wife and just didn't like the whole deal. Very limited selection. Asked for roses to be wrapped in brown paper and I got this weird iridescent glittering mesh fabric wrap. Roses were moderate in quality at best. Just weird.

Annie, the owner, is such a wonderful person! She is kind, sweet and so creative. Her designs are unique and memorable! She works so hard to give you the vision you dream of whether for a big event or a "just because" arrangement. Highly recommend Annie and La Tulipe Floral Designs!

The design is beautiful, I ordered the 'sammi' arrangement with orchids and I paid extra for premium so i figured that if the picture shown on their web it's already beautiful as it is, so paying for premium will be even better since they specify that more blooming will be added! The arrangement delivered was beautiful but looked basic even less blooming than picture on their web. Although it was a beautiful arrangement design but I dont think extra blooming was added to it.

Annie did a wonderful job on my wedding!! She arrived earlier than asked and made my setting beautiful! All the arrangements were more beautiful in person. One person commented that they were more prettier than Kate Middleton's' wedding:) I am so happy I chose her and would choose her again for the next occasion! This was the first time ordering from La Tulipe. I normally order from a different florist in North OC, but our Memorial service was in South OC so I looked at what several different florist offered and really liked what I saw on La Tulipe's site. I ordered on online but had a few questions so I called first. I had the pleasure of speaking to Annie and she was really helpful. The flowers arrived on time and were very beautiful. Sooooo, I don't know where to start. I needed to send SYMPATHY flowers to a very special friend. She lives in a semi rural area in SC.... 30 min outside Charleston. I called closer stores as well. 2 hours, NO exaggeration on the phone calls. I was met with 1 We don't deliver to that area code many times. 2. we only do weddings this time of year. 2. Many phone calls not returned. 4. No inventory in the winter besides Christmas. I could go on and on. Maybe one more. 5. The craziest was the delivery charge that was almost the amount of the flowers. Thanks so much for listening so far. ******Here comes the best part. The last store I tried was the wrong store or I should say the wrong state. This store is located in Laguna Beach, CA. I still don't know how this happened. A Guardian Angel named "Annie" whose voice even sounds sweet. She was so patient listening to my story. She said, "I will do everything possible to help." I don't know how she made that happen, but she did. After phone calls back in forth and texts. This woman deserves a 10+++ in kindness, "Annie" really cared. Nowadays people are so fast to complain or criticize and I hope she knows how grateful I am. How she made time for me I don't know. Her flower shop is quite busy. Look at those flowers on the website. Just so BEAUTIFUL and unique. I wish I could have met Annie or send her flowers. However, I'm happy this kind of woman is just where she belongs... surrounded by beautiful colors, light, fragrance, etc. I am forever grateful for her compassion.

I found La Tulipe through the Bridal & Event Lounge. Anne was Amazing! She was able to create the exact centerpiece I found in a magazine while keeping me under my budget. Her store was very beautiful. She made me a sample and she later met me at my wedding venue to assure me everything will be perfect. I truly feel I had quality and quantity flowers at my wedding & shower.

I've been using La Tulipe for years. They make beautiful arrangements for the holidays & special occasions. This modern Thanksgiving arrangement was fabulous. Side Note: Our friends moved and we did not know. Annie and her team were able to get the new address and drove to a second location to deliver the flowers. Greatly appreciated

Robert was so nice and helpful. I needed to cancel an order, and it was so easy because of Robert. The phone call was efficient and pleasurable. Robert was a joy to speak to. Even after the phone call, Robert called me back because he realized I had made a mistake. Ask for Robert when you call La Tulipe!

I use La Tulipe for all my business and personal orders. The flowers are beautiful and Annie communicates if there are any issues with delivery or even flower substitution. I ordered flowers online yesterday at 2pm and they were able to deliver them a few hours later. I highly recommend them for all your flower orders!

I totally lucked out by calling La Tulipe Floral Designs. I live in Chicago, my sister in law lives in Evergreen. The flowers were stunning and the people are so nice. They really get the look you're asking for and they're very accommodating. Wish they'd open up a store in Chicago!

Annie is the best! When I was planning my wedding I knew I wanted the flowers to be amazing. I looked through tons of web images and I found many ideas. But, when the time came to deciding exactly what I wanted, I was overwhelmed. I worked with Annie and she created a beautiful design which was better than I could imagine. I was really impressed that Annie was willing to help me save money by replacing some expensive blooms with other flowers which were just as lovely. I am updating my review to a perfect 5. There was an initial problem with my order, and the owner went out of her way to correct and resend a beautiful arrangement in it's place. Her customer service was 5 Star, and the new basket and plants are just what was advertised. I will certainly use La Tulipe in the future.

The flowers I got from here are fantastic. They were delivered on Friday 3rd May, the temperature here was 100f! I wasn't home so they had to sit on the doorstep. It is now Wed 7th and they look as good as if they had just arrived.

They are not what they used to be. Overpriced, the flowers they deliver are a bastered-child version of what you see on the website and the vase they come in are almost never the same as what you see on the website. I gave them a 3 because the owner is very nice on the phone.

Met with Annie at La Tulipe to order a casket spray for my Uncle's service. I provided her a picture of what we wanted the arrangements to look like and the flowers we wanted. With all the expenses that had already incurred for the funeral service, we were on a tight budget. Annie was extremely understanding and worked with the budget we gave her, while still ensuring that the flowers we receive will be beautiful. When we arrived at my Uncle's viewing, we were very pleased and happy at how beautiful she made the spray...better than what we had envisioned. The most beautiful and amazing spray of flowers!!! So creative! I asked for them to incorporate a water polo cap and ball (who would've guessed that you could put a large ball in the center of a spray) - unbelievable!!!

The flower arrangement that Annie at La Tulipe sent to the Service I was attending was better than I expected and without having the picture from online next to the arrangement, I would have said, it was the same, just bigger and better! The flowers arrived on time! One of my friend's flowers were nothing like what she had ordered..from a different flower store, she was so disappointed...she loved my flowers. I was married in Dana Point, CA and planned a very quick wedding (only 4 months to plan). La Tulipe was one of the preferred vendors of my venue and was my first and only florist that I met with. I actually met with a younger man ( I believe it was the owners brother) who was very pleasant, informative and super helpful on making my budget go far. I wanted to use a special type of orchid and he was able to help me not only find complimentary flowers but also other types of awesome looking orchid types that would really go with the VERY expensive orchid I wanted to use as my main flower.

After telling him what I wanted and needed I was able to communicate very easily with Annie via email. Her emails were detailed, prompt and informative. I feel like she really listened to what I wanted. I also had 25 centerpiece cakes that I wanted extra decretive flowers and petals for so that my wedding helpers (mother and mother-in-law) and venue coordinator could decorate them. Not only did they make sure that the church looked awesome, but the venue looked AMAZING. Annie and her team went above and beyond and decorated each cake (which was not something we discussed her doing). I was so Thankful! She delivered my bouquet, bridesmaid flowers and flower girl flowers to me and the Groom and groomsmen flowers to them on time (actually perfect time for the photographer).

Overall, not worrying about the flowers, having them come out so beautiful and everything being on time and right really made my day so awesome!!! I would use La Tulipe Floral for any and all my floral needs for anything I do down south!

I would give more stars if I could. Annie put together the perfect floral arrangement for my niece, who is in the hospital. My niece loved them. She sent me a picture and they were beautiful.
