Verlot is located at 48°5′9″N 121°45′46″W / 48.08583°N 121.76278°W (48.085938, -121.762863).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 6.5 square miles (16.8 km), of which, 6.4 square miles (16.5 km2) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.4 km) of it (2.15%) is water.
