Lochsloy is located at 48°3′25″N 122°1′56″W / 48.05694°N 122.03222°W (48.057026, -122.032325) on Hwy 92 amid Lake Stevens and Granite Falls.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 6.2 square miles (16.1 km), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 2,135 people, 739 households, and 586 families lively in the CDP. The population density was 343.5 people per square mile (132.5/km2). There were 754 housing units at an average density of 121.3/sq mi (46.8/km).
