Roff is a town in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 725 at the 2010 census.
Roff is located at 34°37′36″N 96°50′29″W / 34.62667°N 96.84139°W (34.626746, -96.841478). According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.9 square miles (2.3 km2), of which 0.9 square miles (2.3 km) is estate and 1.06% is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 734 people, 287 households, and 206 families residing in the town. The population density was 782.8 inhabitants per square mile (302.2/km2). There were 328 housing units at an average density of 349.8 per square mile (134.7/km). The racial makeup of the town was 86.10% White, 0.14% African American, 10.35% Native American, 0.14% from new races, and 3.27% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.54% of the population.
There were 287 households, out of which 35.9% had kids under the age of 18 living considering them, 55.1% were married couples vivacious together, 11.5% had a female householder past no husband present, and 28.2% were non-families. 26.5% of all households were made stirring of individuals, and 15.7% had someone vibrant alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.56 and the average intimates size was 3.08.
