Byron is a town in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 35 at the grow old of the 2010 census.

Byron was named by Postmaster V. C. Spurrier, who usual a postal designation upon April 27, 1898 for a town to be named Byron – after his relative, Byron Spurrier, who owned a buildup there.
