Cedar Glen West is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Manchester Township, in Ocean County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the CDP’s population was 1,267.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP had a total Place of 1.070 square miles (2.772 km), including 1.059 square miles (2.743 km²) of home and 0.011 square miles (0.029 km) of water (1.06%). Situated amongst Ridgeway Boulevard and Ridgeway Road (County Route 571) in the northern part of the township, most of the area consists of the private Cedar Glen West Inc. private residential park comprising smaller one-story single associates homes. A mobile home park and supplementary scattered homes are located in the CDP as well.

The 2010 United States census counted 1,267 people, 812 households, and 300 families in the CDP. The population density was 1,196.5 per square mile (462.0/km). There were 985 housing units at an average density of 930.2 per square mile (359.2/km²). The racial makeup was 97.16% (1,231) White, 0.79% (10) Black or African American, 0.16% (2) Native American, 0.32% (4) Asian, 0.00% (0) Pacific Islander, 0.87% (11) from supplementary races, and 0.71% (9) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.37% (30) of the population.

Of the 812 households, 5.7% had kids under the age of 18; 25.7% were married couples animated together; 9.0% had a female householder bearing in mind no husband present and 63.1% were non-families. Of everything households, 60.6% were made in the works of individuals and 50.9% had someone vibrant alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.56 and the average intimates size was 2.40.
