The flower arrangement that Annie at La Tulipe sent to the Service I was attending was better than I expected and without having the picture from online next to the arrangement, I would have said, it was the same, just bigger and better! The flowers arrived on time! One of my friend's flowers were nothing like what she had ordered..from a different flower store, she was so disappointed...she loved my flowers. Thank you Annie, for putting a smile on our face on a sad day. I ordered for same day delivery and the order unfortunately was delivered in freezing temperatures so the plant did not survive. Sooooo, I don't know where to start. I needed to send SYMPATHY flowers to a very special friend. She lives in a semi rural area in SC.... 30 min outside Charleston. I called closer stores as well. 2 hours, NO exaggeration on the phone calls. I was met with 1 We don't deliver to that area code many times. 2. we only do weddings this time of year. 2. Many phone calls not returned. 4. No inventory in the winter besides Christmas. I could go on and on. Maybe one more. 5. The craziest was the delivery charge that was almost the amount of the flowers. Thanks so much for listening so far. ******Here comes the best part. The last store I tried was the wrong store or I should say the wrong state. This store is located in Laguna Beach, CA. I still don't know how this happened. A Guardian Angel named "Annie" whose voice even sounds sweet. She was so patient listening to my story. She said, "I will do everything possible to help." I don't know how she made that happen, but she did. After phone calls back in forth and texts. This woman deserves a 10+++ in kindness, "Annie" really cared. Nowadays people are so fast to complain or criticize and I hope she knows how grateful I am. How she made time for me I don't know. Her flower shop is quite busy. Look at those flowers on the website. Just so BEAUTIFUL and unique. I wish I could have met Annie or send her flowers. I normally order from a different florist in North OC, but our Memorial service was in South OC so I looked at what several different florist offered and really liked what I saw on La Tulipe's site. I ordered on online but had a few questions so I called first. I had the pleasure of speaking to Annie and she was really helpful. The flowers arrived on time and were very beautiful. The most beautiful and amazing spray of flowers!!! So creative! I asked for them to incorporate a water polo cap and ball (who would've guessed that you could put a large ball in the center of a spray) - unbelievable!!!

Annie and La Tulipe made my day so special!

I was married in Dana Point, CA and planned a very quick wedding (only 4 months to plan). La Tulipe was one of the preferred vendors of my venue and was my first and only florist that I met with. I actually met with a younger man ( I believe it was the owners brother) who was very pleasant, informative and super helpful on making my budget go far. I wanted to use a special type of orchid and he was able to help me not only find complimentary flowers but also other types of awesome looking orchid types that would really go with the VERY expensive orchid I wanted to use as my main flower.

After telling him what I wanted and needed I was able to communicate very easily with Annie via email. Her emails were detailed, prompt and informative. I feel like she really listened to what I wanted. I also had 25 centerpiece cakes that I wanted extra decretive flowers and petals for so that my wedding helpers (mother and mother-in-law) and venue coordinator could decorate them. Not only did they make sure that the church looked awesome, but the venue looked AMAZING. Annie and her team went above and beyond and decorated each cake (which was not something we discussed her doing). I was so Thankful! She delivered my bouquet, bridesmaid flowers and flower girl flowers to me and the Groom and groomsmen flowers to them on time (actually perfect time for the photographer).

Overall, not worrying about the flowers, having them come out so beautiful and everything being on time and right really made my day so awesome!!! I would use La Tulipe Floral for any and all my floral needs for anything I do down south!

Annie is the best! When I was planning my wedding I knew I wanted the flowers to be amazing. I looked through tons of web images and I found many ideas. But, when the time came to deciding exactly what I wanted, I was overwhelmed. I worked with Annie and she created a beautiful design which was better than I could imagine. I was really impressed that Annie was willing to help me save money by replacing some expensive blooms with other flowers which were just as lovely. On my wedding day, the flowers were unforgettable and the WOW factor was present in every little detail my amazing bouquet, the cake topper, the gorgeous wedding arch, and the jaw dropping table centerpieces. The design is beautiful, I ordered the 'sammi' arrangement with orchids and I paid extra for premium so i figured that if the picture shown on their web it's already beautiful as it is, so paying for premium will be even better since they specify that more blooming will be added! The arrangement delivered was beautiful but looked basic even less blooming than picture on their web. Although it was a beautiful arrangement design but I dont think extra blooming was added to it.

Just went to this florist for the first time Saturday. Annie is so creative and helpful. I needed a small arrangement for my girlfriends 50th birthday party. I had no idea what flowers to choose, but Annie did. She made the most beautiful arrangement and everyone at the party noticed them. I tried to send same day delivery flowers. I put the order in before the cut-off time. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here. They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them!

I don't often give reviews even though I relay on them heavily from Yelp, but I felt it only proper to acknowledge a superior vendor. This week was my mothers 90th birthday and I couldn't be with her. She has recently been placed in a Board & Care facility (one step below Assisted Living) and her days are not what they were. So, it was to be flowers to bring her some joy. I always try to find a local florist to whomever I'm sending to. Read the reviews and it was to be La Tulipe. I received a picture of the flowers and was told the picture doesn't do them justice. In fact, not until later did they realize the arrangement was photographed from behind. If that was the back side, I can't image how spectacular the front was. I was told they were the freshest flowers they'd ever seen delivered from a florist. The consensus is this arrange will bring joy for days to come. Thank you La Tulipe for helping me make my mother's birthday special.

I found La Tulipe through the Bridal & Event Lounge. Anne was Amazing! She was able to create the exact centerpiece I found in a magazine while keeping me under my budget. Her store was very beautiful. She made me a sample and she later met me at my wedding venue to assure me everything will be perfect. Annie is fabulous! Her arrangements are amazing! She's very easy to work with and just gets the aesthetic every time. She's made several arrangements for me, ranging from birthday bouquet, table decor and larger funeral arrangement and quite a few more. Each time she's knocked it out of the park!
