I searched for a florist and came upon this shop. The owner was friendly and very helpful. She helped me customize an arrangement for my wife's birthday. So helpful and professional and fresh. This is my new go to florist!!

The flower arrangement that Annie at La Tulipe sent to the Service I was attending was better than I expected and without having the picture from online next to the arrangement, I would have said, it was the same, just bigger and better! The flowers arrived on time! One of my friend's flowers were nothing like what she had ordered..from a different flower store, she was so disappointed...she loved my flowers. Thank you Annie, for putting a smile on our face on a sad day. Highly recommend this flower store, specially if you are not from the area, I have been at this store, they can be trusted to do an excellent job!

Our centerpieces were included in our package through the venue (part of the reason we went with La Tulipe, as she had worked this venue many times) and they were exactly what we wanted - personally, I had feared they would be/look cheap (since they were "included"), but I was REALLY impressed with how they turned out.

Annie also worked with my now Husband, on two projects, that were surprises - both turned out amazing!

All in all, we were both very happy with La Tulipe, and would recommend to anyone looking for a florist.

Sooooo, I don't know where to start. I needed to send SYMPATHY flowers to a very special friend. She lives in a semi rural area in SC.... 30 min outside Charleston. I called closer stores as well. 2 hours, NO exaggeration on the phone calls. I was met with 1 We don't deliver to that area code many times. 2. we only do weddings this time of year. 2. Many phone calls not returned. 4. No inventory in the winter besides Christmas. I could go on and on. Maybe one more. 5. The craziest was the delivery charge that was almost the amount of the flowers. Thanks so much for listening so far. ******Here comes the best part. The last store I tried was the wrong store or I should say the wrong state. This store is located in Laguna Beach, CA. I still don't know how this happened. A Guardian Angel named "Annie" whose voice even sounds sweet. She was so patient listening to my story. She said, "I will do everything possible to help." I don't know how she made that happen, but she did. After phone calls back in forth and texts. This woman deserves a 10+++ in kindness, "Annie" really cared. Nowadays people are so fast to complain or criticize and I hope she knows how grateful I am. How she made time for me I don't know. Her flower shop is quite busy. Look at those flowers on the website. Just so BEAUTIFUL and unique. I wish I could have met Annie or send her flowers. However, I'm happy this kind of woman is just where she belongs... surrounded by beautiful colors, light, fragrance, etc. I am forever grateful for her compassion.

I called needing three, day of arrangements for a memorial lunch. La Tulipe was so incredibly accommodating. Flowers were beautiful and delivered to the restaurant on time and set on the table as I arrived. So many compliments were given. Will absolutely be returning and referring friends and family

La Tulipe Floral Designs designed the flowers for my wedding in Laguna Beach. Words cannot express how unbelievably gorgeous they were. I was in another state and worked purely with Annie over the phone. I did not know what I wanted and Annie provided me inspiration pictures and had extensive knowledge of the venue. When I arrived in Laguna Beach, the flowers were beyond my expectations. I could not recommend them more!

I got the most beautiful arrangement for my birthday! They have amazing designers, unlike anywhere else I have seen. The arrangement lasted forever and I will definitely be getting all my floral needs from La Tulipe from here on out!

They are not what they used to be. Overpriced, the flowers they deliver are a bastered-child version of what you see on the website and the vase they come in are almost never the same as what you see on the website. I gave them a 3 because the owner is very nice on the phone.

Planning a wedding can be stressful and it was nice to get her feedback and advise on setup and design. She kept us on track with the amount we budgeted for flowers. Everything came out amazing! I tried to send same day delivery flowers. I put the order in before the cut-off time. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here. They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them!

I've been using La Tulipe for years. They make beautiful arrangements for the holidays & special occasions. This modern Thanksgiving arrangement was fabulous. The most beautiful and amazing spray of flowers!!! So creative! I asked for them to incorporate a water polo cap and ball (who would've guessed that you could put a large ball in the center of a spray) - unbelievable!!!

I was looking for a flower preservation company to preserve mt wife's bouquet from our recent wedding. Though they don't do it, they tried looking online and then even texted me later of places they could find. They went well above and beyond my expectations of customer service.

This week was my mothers 90th birthday and I couldn't be with her. She has recently been placed in a Board & Care facility (one step below Assisted Living) and her days are not what they were. So, it was to be flowers to bring her some joy. I always try to find a local florist to whomever I'm sending to. Read the reviews and it was to be La Tulipe.

I received a picture of the flowers and was told the picture doesn't do them justice. In fact, not until later did they realize the arrangement was photographed from behind. If that was the back side, I can't image how spectacular the front was. I was told they were the freshest flowers they'd ever seen delivered from a florist. The consensus is this arrange will bring joy for days to come. Thank you La Tulipe for helping me make my mother's birthday special.

Annie is the best! When I was planning my wedding I knew I wanted the flowers to be amazing. I looked through tons of web images and I found many ideas. But, when the time came to deciding exactly what I wanted, I was overwhelmed. I worked with Annie and she created a beautiful design which was better than I could imagine. I was really impressed that Annie was willing to help me save money by replacing some expensive blooms with other flowers which were just as lovely. On my wedding day, the flowers were unforgettable and the WOW factor was present in every little detail my amazing bouquet, the cake topper, the gorgeous wedding arch, and the jaw dropping table centerpieces. I could not have been happier!

I ordered for same day delivery and the order unfortunately was delivered in freezing temperatures so the plant did not survive. Beautiful flowers! Me and my boyfriend called Wednesday night for a bouquet and a boutonnière on our prom Saturday morning and we were taken care of immediately! My boyfriend went to pick up the flowers Saturday morning and was greeted by friendly owners and the cutest dog. 10/10 recommend for any event!

The flowers were super fresh, and I went back to my brothers house almost a month later and the flowers still looked fresh. I was really surprised ! La Tulipe went above & beyond! I placed a late order for a floral arrangement to be delivered the next day for a funeral. I received a call later that same night and spoke to the kind lady(I'm so sorry I can't remember your name ), but she said due to the late order they couldn't promise they would have the flowers needed for my order. I explained the situation and explained that it was ok for her to use whatever flowers she had. I wasn't promised on time delivery but they were gonna do their best. I am grateful for the effort because they delivered on time. Thank you so much for great customer service. If I can get ahold of the floral arrangement they made, I'll post. The design is beautiful, I ordered the 'sammi' arrangement with orchids and I paid extra for premium so i figured that if the picture shown on their web it's already beautiful as it is, so paying for premium will be even better since they specify that more blooming will be added! The arrangement delivered was beautiful but looked basic even less blooming than picture on their web. Although it was a beautiful arrangement design but I dont think extra blooming was added to it.
