I tried to send same day delivery flowers. I put the order in before the cut-off time. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here. They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them!

I am editing my review because the Customer service representative , Annie, followed up on my problem after reading this review and got to the bottom of my problem. She called me personally and we got flowers out to my friend on time. Thank you Annie!

Annie designed the flowers for my wedding. She is so personable and great to work with during the planning process. Planning a wedding can be stressful and it was nice to get her feedback and advise on setup and design. She kept us on track with the amount we budgeted for flowers. Everything came out amazing! Looking back at our wedding photos it’s clear how the arrangements can really change an event space and make it “you” for your special day.

Amazing!!! Annie is wonderful and even showed up early to my reception site so that she could drop off just the bouquets. She then went back to her shop and brought the rest of the flowers back later so they won�t wilt. She did this all with a broken foot and the flowers blew me away! She went above and beyond what I could ever have imagined and I kept getting compliments all night about how beautiful the flowers were. She worked with me based on my budget and what I wanted. Most other florists I spoke to frowned upon my ideas and mostly put in their two cents, but Annie listened and helped me to elaborate on my ideas. She was on top of everything and I would highly recommend her! I didn�t have to worry about anything that day and she is the sweetest person. I can't say enough about La Tulipe except they were wonderful!

I ordered for same day delivery and the order unfortunately was delivered in freezing temperatures so the plant did not survive. Upon contacting them they redelivered the plant and it is just beautiful! I appreciate the customer service especially as this was meant as a sympathy bouquet. Thank you for your service La Tulipe!

Omg the flowers here are amazing. Love their designs on the website. You can tell they know what they are doing and I had a hard time even choosing from everything on their website and it's way better then anything you can get at the grocery store. I flew out of town this morning on business leaving my wife behind to work all day and pack all night, as we are moving in about 2 weeks, I felt horribly guilty. Walked into La Tulipe the day before Valentine's Day to see if I can get a wedding bouquet and large arrangement in an oversized martini glass for a couple of great friends. Anne, the owner, went over and above to make sure the bouquet and arrangement were outstanding. I would recommend this florist to anyone for every occasion.

I found La Tulipe through the Bridal & Event Lounge. Anne was Amazing! She was able to create the exact centerpiece I found in a magazine while keeping me under my budget. Her store was very beautiful. She made me a sample and she later met me at my wedding venue to assure me everything will be perfect. We chose La Tulipe as it was a preferred vendor from our wedding venue.

The owner, Annie, was very pleasant to work with, was helpful with all our questions/concerns, good with communication, and made our vision come true for our big day. There was also never any pressure on budget, which was very refreshing!

Our centerpieces were included in our package through the venue (part of the reason we went with La Tulipe, as she had worked this venue many times) and they were exactly what we wanted - personally, I had feared they would be/look cheap (since they were "included"), but I was REALLY impressed with how they turned out.

Annie also worked with my now Husband, on two projects, that were surprises - both turned out amazing!

All in all, we were both very happy with La Tulipe, and would recommend to anyone looking for a florist.
