The flowers I got from here are fantastic. They were delivered on Friday 3rd May, the temperature here was 100f! I wasn't home so they had to sit on the doorstep. It is now Wed 7th and they look as good as if they had just arrived.

These are BY FAR the best flowers that I have received in this area, I have had a number of deliveries from a larger florist and they have all been rubbish compared to this.

Especially in an office filled with other women who usually are the recipients... It was a unexpected surprise of Happy! La Tulipe was recommended to me by a fellow Mom with a high school student when we were in need of a corsage for my son's date. I thought the first time I worked with Annie she was the best - but the most recent winter formal flowers were the best I've ever seen for my 2 sons high schools dances over 6 years! She is always so great about asking what the date's dress color is and what color ribbon (as a mother of 2 boys, I just don't think of these things!:)), and then confirming if we want to order the boutonnière with her too so they will match. La Tulipe Floral Designs designed the flowers for my wedding in Laguna Beach. Words cannot express how unbelievably gorgeous they were. I was in another state and worked purely with Annie over the phone. I did not know what I wanted and Annie provided me inspiration pictures and had extensive knowledge of the venue. When I arrived in Laguna Beach, the flowers were beyond my expectations. I could not recommend them more!

Just went to this florist for the first time Saturday. Annie is so creative and helpful. I needed a small arrangement for my girlfriends 50th birthday party. I had no idea what flowers to choose, but Annie did. She made the most beautiful arrangement and everyone at the party noticed them. The flowers are very reasonably priced and you won’t go wrong if you go to la tulips next time you need flowers for any occasion.

I ordered a corsage and boutonniere set for prom, wary because my experience at a different florist was so bad for the winter formal. I was pleasantly surprised by the BEAUTIFUL set that I picked up. I'll be coming back here for sure!!

I tried to send same day delivery flowers. I put the order in before the cut-off time. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here. They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them!

I am editing my review because the Customer service representative , Annie, followed up on my problem after reading this review and got to the bottom of my problem. She called me personally and we got flowers out to my friend on time. Thank you Annie!

The flowers were super fresh, and I went back to my brothers house almost a month later and the flowers still looked fresh. I was really surprised ! I will always use La Tulipe because I trust that their designers will do a great job, and the GREAT customer service from them is always a plus.

Annie is the best! When I was planning my wedding I knew I wanted the flowers to be amazing. I looked through tons of web images and I found many ideas. But, when the time came to deciding exactly what I wanted, I was overwhelmed. I worked with Annie and she created a beautiful design which was better than I could imagine. I was really impressed that Annie was willing to help me save money by replacing some expensive blooms with other flowers which were just as lovely. On my wedding day, the flowers were unforgettable and the WOW factor was present in every little detail my amazing bouquet, the cake topper, the gorgeous wedding arch, and the jaw dropping table centerpieces. I placed an order for a Bday bouquet that wasn´t delivered on the indicated date. I had issues contacting the seller, but once I did I was explained that she had staff with Covid that weren´t available to answer calls or emails. In addition, apparently the local florist had shut down their system for personal reasons (??) and didn´t process my order. A chain of odd events. Eventually, although a day later than the original date, the California seller took care of my order and upgrated the bouquet to the most expensive one and was delivered a day later. I would recommend always making sure the florist is a local seller in your area.

Sooooo, I don't know where to start. I needed to send SYMPATHY flowers to a very special friend. She lives in a semi rural area in SC.... 30 min outside Charleston. I called closer stores as well. 2 hours, NO exaggeration on the phone calls. I was met with 1 We don't deliver to that area code many times. 2. we only do weddings this time of year. 2. Many phone calls not returned. 4. No inventory in the winter besides Christmas. I could go on and on. Maybe one more. 5. The craziest was the delivery charge that was almost the amount of the flowers. Thanks so much for listening so far. ******Here comes the best part. The last store I tried was the wrong store or I should say the wrong state. This store is located in Laguna Beach, CA. I still don't know how this happened. A Guardian Angel named "Annie" whose voice even sounds sweet. She was so patient listening to my story. She said, "I will do everything possible to help." I don't know how she made that happen, but she did. After phone calls back in forth and texts. This woman deserves a 10+++ in kindness, "Annie" really cared. Nowadays people are so fast to complain or criticize and I hope she knows how grateful I am. How she made time for me I don't know. Her flower shop is quite busy. Look at those flowers on the website. Just so BEAUTIFUL and unique. I wish I could have met Annie or send her flowers. However, I'm happy this kind of woman is just where she belongs... surrounded by beautiful colors, light, fragrance, etc. I am forever grateful for her compassion.

I would give more stars if I could. Annie put together the perfect floral arrangement for my niece, who is in the hospital. My niece loved them. She sent me a picture and they were beautiful. Annie was a delight to work with and really cared that they got to my niece quickly. If you want a first class florist, La Tulipe is the best.

The most beautiful and amazing spray of flowers!!! So creative! I asked for them to incorporate a water polo cap and ball (who would've guessed that you could put a large ball in the center of a spray) - unbelievable!!!

First and foremost, La Tulipe's has one of the most beautiful and freshest flower arrangements I've ever seen. I've ordered the 'designer's choice' for my partners birthday and it was absolutely stunning. In addition, Annie and her team are beyond amazing. There was a slight mix up on the delivery address and Annie personally stepped up to resolve this issue, on a Friday night too! Never have I experienced such spectacular customer service. Her flowers are beautiful and her team is amazing. This will be my go-to floral shop for all future celebrations moving forward!

I highly recommend this shop! The service was excellent. I didn't know what to get my wife and the staff was extremely helpful on helping me choose this gorgeous arrangement and, score! The design is beautiful, I ordered the 'sammi' arrangement with orchids and I paid extra for premium so i figured that if the picture shown on their web it's already beautiful as it is, so paying for premium will be even better since they specify that more blooming will be added! The arrangement delivered was beautiful but looked basic even less blooming than picture on their web. Although it was a beautiful arrangement design but I dont think extra blooming was added to it.

Met with Annie at La Tulipe to order a casket spray for my Uncle's service. I provided her a picture of what we wanted the arrangements to look like and the flowers we wanted. With all the expenses that had already incurred for the funeral service, we were on a tight budget. Annie was extremely understanding and worked with the budget we gave her, while still ensuring that the flowers we receive will be beautiful. When we arrived at my Uncle's viewing, we were very pleased and happy at how beautiful she made the spray...better than what we had envisioned. I would definitely recommend La Tulipe for any occasion.

I ordered for same day delivery and the order unfortunately was delivered in freezing temperatures so the plant did not survive. I was married in Dana Point, CA and planned a very quick wedding (only 4 months to plan). La Tulipe was one of the preferred vendors of my venue and was my first and only florist that I met with. I actually met with a younger man ( I believe it was the owners brother) who was very pleasant, informative and super helpful on making my budget go far. I wanted to use a special type of orchid and he was able to help me not only find complimentary flowers but also other types of awesome looking orchid types that would really go with the VERY expensive orchid I wanted to use as my main flower.

After telling him what I wanted and needed I was able to communicate very easily with Annie via email. Her emails were detailed, prompt and informative. I feel like she really listened to what I wanted. I also had 25 centerpiece cakes that I wanted extra decretive flowers and petals for so that my wedding helpers (mother and mother-in-law) and venue coordinator could decorate them. Not only did they make sure that the church looked awesome, but the venue looked AMAZING. Annie and her team went above and beyond and decorated each cake (which was not something we discussed her doing). I was so Thankful! She delivered my bouquet, bridesmaid flowers and flower girl flowers to me and the Groom and groomsmen flowers to them on time (actually perfect time for the photographer).

Overall, not worrying about the flowers, having them come out so beautiful and everything being on time and right really made my day so awesome!!! I would use La Tulipe Floral for any and all my floral needs for anything I do down south!
