Russellville is the county chair and largest city in Pope County, Arkansas, United States, with a 2021 estimated population of 29,338. It is house to Arkansas Tech University. Between 1818 and 1828, the Place was within a Cherokee reservation, but the Cherokee people were forcibly moved to Indian Territory (present-day Oklahoma) in 1828, and the estate was made comprehensible for white settlers by the United States federal government.
