Alpine Northwest is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lincoln County, Wyoming, United States. The population was 244 at the 2010 census.
Alpine Northwest is located upon U.S. Route 26 (US 26) just north of Alpine, Wyoming, on the east shore of Palisades Reservoir.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total Place of 1.5 square miles (3.8 km), of which 1.4 square miles (3.7 km2) is house and 0.69% is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 152 people, 77 households, and 45 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 106.0 people per square mile (41.0/km2). There were 118 housing units at an average density of 82.3/sq mi (31.9/km). The racial makeup of the CDP was 97.37% White, 0.66% Native American, 0.66% Pacific Islander, and 1.32% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.63% of the population.
