Boyceville is located at 45°2′36″N 92°2′25″W / 45.04333°N 92.04028°W (45.043215, -92.040168).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 3.89 square miles (10.08 km), of which, 3.85 square miles (9.97 km2) of it is home and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km) is water.
