Peaceful Valley is a census-designated place (CDP) in Whatcom County, Washington, United States, near Kendall. The population was 3,324 at the 2010 census.
Peaceful Valley is located at 48°56′34″N 122°8′51″W / 48.94278°N 122.14750°W (48.942689, -122.147401).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 17.0 square miles (44.0 km), of which, 16.9 square miles (43.9 km2) of it is estate and 0.1 square miles (0.1 km) of it (0.29%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 2,448 people, 787 households, and 571 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 144.5 people per square mile (55.8/km2). There were 1,156 housing units at an average density of 68.3/sq mi (26.3/km). The racial makeup of the CDP was 92.24% White, 0.29% African American, 2.21% Native American, 0.45% Asian, 0.20% Pacific Islander, 1.18% from extra races, and 3.43% from two or more races.
