Just got a delivery via Annie, the owner, from my mom. Annie is so funny and nice. The arrangement is gorgeous and she even fought her way through security, haha. Sorry Annie but absolutely great work!! Love the mix of flowers and succulents.

Annie is fabulous! Her arrangements are amazing! She's very easy to work with and just gets the aesthetic every time. She's made several arrangements for me, ranging from birthday bouquet, table decor and larger funeral arrangement and quite a few more. Each time she's knocked it out of the park! She's so talented and I wouldn't use anyone else! Annie and her shop are an absolute gem in Laguna Niguel.

Sooooo, I don't know where to start. I needed to send SYMPATHY flowers to a very special friend. She lives in a semi rural area in SC.... 30 min outside Charleston. I called closer stores as well. 2 hours, NO exaggeration on the phone calls. I was met with 1 We don't deliver to that area code many times. 2. we only do weddings this time of year. 2. Many phone calls not returned. 4. No inventory in the winter besides Christmas. I could go on and on. Maybe one more. 5. The craziest was the delivery charge that was almost the amount of the flowers. Thanks so much for listening so far. ******Here comes the best part. The last store I tried was the wrong store or I should say the wrong state. This store is located in Laguna Beach, CA. I still don't know how this happened. A Guardian Angel named "Annie" whose voice even sounds sweet. She was so patient listening to my story. She said, "I will do everything possible to help." I don't know how she made that happen, but she did. After phone calls back in forth and texts. This woman deserves a 10+++ in kindness, "Annie" really cared. Nowadays people are so fast to complain or criticize and I hope she knows how grateful I am. How she made time for me I don't know. Her flower shop is quite busy. Look at those flowers on the website. Just so BEAUTIFUL and unique. I wish I could have met Annie or send her flowers. However, I'm happy this kind of woman is just where she belongs... surrounded by beautiful colors, light, fragrance, etc. I am forever grateful for her compassion.

Annie did a wonderful job on my wedding!! She arrived earlier than asked and made my setting beautiful! All the arrangements were more beautiful in person. One person commented that they were more prettier than Kate Middleton's' wedding:) I am so happy I chose her and would choose her again for the next occasion! The design is beautiful, I ordered the 'sammi' arrangement with orchids and I paid extra for premium so i figured that if the picture shown on their web it's already beautiful as it is, so paying for premium will be even better since they specify that more blooming will be added! The arrangement delivered was beautiful but looked basic even less blooming than picture on their web. Although it was a beautiful arrangement design but I dont think extra blooming was added to it.

Just went to this florist for the first time Saturday. Annie is so creative and helpful. I needed a small arrangement for my girlfriends 50th birthday party. I had no idea what flowers to choose, but Annie did. She made the most beautiful arrangement and everyone at the party noticed them. The flowers are very reasonably priced and you won’t go wrong if you go to la tulips next time you need flowers for any occasion.

I ordered a corsage and boutonniere set for prom, wary because my experience at a different florist was so bad for the winter formal. I was pleasantly surprised by the BEAUTIFUL set that I picked up. I'll be coming back here for sure!!

I have been using La Tulipe Floral Designs for a few years now to surprise my Mom in Michigan. Here is the latest arrangement they did for my mothers 70th birthday. Annie designed the flowers for my wedding. She is so personable and great to work with during the planning process. Planning a wedding can be stressful and it was nice to get her feedback and advise on setup and design. She kept us on track with the amount we budgeted for flowers. Everything came out amazing! Looking back at our wedding photos it’s clear how the arrangements can really change an event space and make it “you” for your special day.

Today I came in for my first time and was taken care of. I didn't really know what I was looking for and asked them for a recommendation and they put together a beautiful bouquet. Annie is the best! When I was planning my wedding I knew I wanted the flowers to be amazing. I looked through tons of web images and I found many ideas. But, when the time came to deciding exactly what I wanted, I was overwhelmed. I worked with Annie and she created a beautiful design which was better than I could imagine. I was really impressed that Annie was willing to help me save money by replacing some expensive blooms with other flowers which were just as lovely. On my wedding day, the flowers were unforgettable and the WOW factor was present in every little detail my amazing bouquet, the cake topper, the gorgeous wedding arch, and the jaw dropping table centerpieces. I could not have been happier!

They are not what they used to be. Overpriced, the flowers they deliver are a bastered-child version of what you see on the website and the vase they come in are almost never the same as what you see on the website. I gave them a 3 because the owner is very nice on the phone.

Walked into La Tulipe the day before Valentine's Day to see if I can get a wedding bouquet and large arrangement in an oversized martini glass for a couple of great friends. Anne, the owner, went over and above to make sure the bouquet and arrangement were outstanding. I would recommend this florist to anyone for every occasion.

I tried to send same day delivery flowers. I put the order in before the cut-off time. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here. They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them!

I used Annie for my wedding. She was fantastic. I was very vague in my description of what I wanted. I basically told her she was the professional, not me, so she needed to tell me what was going to look good. Told her we were going for a rustic look for our wedding, what my colors were, and sent her a couple pictures of things I liked. She nailed it! Exactly what I imagined, but couldn't say. She was so friendly and personable too. Flowers were delivered on time and everything went off without a hitch. Professional, friendly, and very talented! Oh and prices were very reasonable as well.

I feel this place is past its prime. Place is cramped and dated. Flower arrangement styles are dated. Even the center it's in is in need of a renovation. Stopped in to pick up flowers for my wife and just didn't like the whole deal. Very limited selection. Asked for roses to be wrapped in brown paper and I got this weird iridescent glittering mesh fabric wrap. Roses were moderate in quality at best. Just weird.

I was married in Dana Point, CA and planned a very quick wedding (only 4 months to plan). La Tulipe was one of the preferred vendors of my venue and was my first and only florist that I met with. I actually met with a younger man ( I believe it was the owners brother) who was very pleasant, informative and super helpful on making my budget go far. I wanted to use a special type of orchid and he was able to help me not only find complimentary flowers but also other types of awesome looking orchid types that would really go with the VERY expensive orchid I wanted to use as my main flower.

After telling him what I wanted and needed I was able to communicate very easily with Annie via email. Her emails were detailed, prompt and informative. I feel like she really listened to what I wanted. I also had 25 centerpiece cakes that I wanted extra decretive flowers and petals for so that my wedding helpers (mother and mother-in-law) and venue coordinator could decorate them. Not only did they make sure that the church looked awesome, but the venue looked AMAZING. Annie and her team went above and beyond and decorated each cake (which was not something we discussed her doing). I was so Thankful! She delivered my bouquet, bridesmaid flowers and flower girl flowers to me and the Groom and groomsmen flowers to them on time (actually perfect time for the photographer).

Overall, not worrying about the flowers, having them come out so beautiful and everything being on time and right really made my day so awesome!!! I would use La Tulipe Floral for any and all my floral needs for anything I do down south!

The owner, Annie, was very pleasant to work with, was helpful with all our questions/concerns, good with communication, and made our vision come true for our big day. There was also never any pressure on budget, which was very refreshing!

Our centerpieces were included in our package through the venue (part of the reason we went with La Tulipe, as she had worked this venue many times) and they were exactly what we wanted - personally, I had feared they would be/look cheap (since they were "included"), but I was REALLY impressed with how they turned out.

Annie also worked with my now Husband, on two projects, that were surprises - both turned out amazing!

All in all, we were both very happy with La Tulipe, and would recommend to anyone looking for a florist.
