Nespelem Community is located at 48°9′45″N 118°59′17″W / 48.16250°N 118.98806°W (48.162518, -118.987920).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total Place of 23.1 square miles (59.9 km), of which, 23.1 square miles (59.8 km2) of it is home and 0.04 square miles (0.1 km) of it (0.09%) is water.
