Eschbach is located at 46°40′22″N 120°38′02″W / 46.672760°N 120.633843°W (46.672760, -120.633843).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.4 square miles (3.5 km), of which, 1.3 square miles (3.3 km2) of it is home and 0.1 square miles (0.2 km) of it (6.57%) is water.
