Met with Annie at La Tulipe to order a casket spray for my Uncle's service. I provided her a picture of what we wanted the arrangements to look like and the flowers we wanted. With all the expenses that had already incurred for the funeral service, we were on a tight budget. Annie was extremely understanding and worked with the budget we gave her, while still ensuring that the flowers we receive will be beautiful. When we arrived at my Uncle's viewing, we were very pleased and happy at how beautiful she made the spray...better than what we had envisioned. The design is beautiful, I ordered the 'sammi' arrangement with orchids and I paid extra for premium so i figured that if the picture shown on their web it's already beautiful as it is, so paying for premium will be even better since they specify that more blooming will be added! The arrangement delivered was beautiful but looked basic even less blooming than picture on their web. Although it was a beautiful arrangement design but I dont think extra blooming was added to it.

This particular occasion was very personal to me so I wanted to make sure I found the perfect florist. When I called La Tulipe a nice lady named Annie answered. I'm so glad she did. I really felt heard when I was telling her what I wanted with the flowers and she walked me through her own professional opinion as well. I am updating my review to a perfect 5. There was an initial problem with my order, and the owner went out of her way to correct and resend a beautiful arrangement in it's place.
