Holiday Beach is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Aransas County, Texas, United States. As of the 2010 census it had a population of 514. This was a extra CDP for the 2010 census.
Holiday Beach is located at 28°10′2″N 97°0′29″W / 28.16722°N 97.00806°W (28.167125, -97.008001). It is situated upon the eastern shore of Copano Bay along State Highway 35 in Aransas County, approximately 11 miles (18 km) northeast of Rockport.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total Place of 1.9 square miles (4.9 km), of which, 1.6 square miles (4.1 km2) of it is home and 0.3 square miles (0.78 km) is water.
Development of the Place began in the mid-1960s, when a outfit of Dallas investors organized the Copano Land Company. The first lots were sold just about 1964. The subdivision continued to develop with haven homes and boat canals throughout the remainder of the twentieth century. Holiday Beach was home to an estimated 1,000 residents in 2000.
