May is a town in Harper County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 39 at the 2010 census.

May is located on U.S. Highway 270 at the intersection with State Highway 46, approximately 25 miles northwest of Woodward. This puts May at 36°37′00″N 99°44′58″W / 36.616536°N 99.749363°W / 36.616536; -99.749363Coordinates: 36°37′00″N 99°44′58″W / 36.616536°N 99.749363°W / 36.616536; -99.749363 (36.616536, -99.749363).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.52 km), all land. May was served by the Northwestern District of the Missouri–Kansas–Texas Railroad until that line’s resignation in January 1973.

As of the census of 2000, there were 33 people, 17 households, and 7 families residing in the town. The population density was 183.6 inhabitants per square mile (70.9/km2). There were 27 housing units at an average density of 150.2 per square mile (57.9/km). The racial makeup of the town was 100.00% White. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.03% of the population.
