The community is on US Route 412 nearly miles east of the Verdigris River and 3.5 miles northwest of Inola.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total Place of 3.0 square miles (7.8 km), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 150 people, 54 households, and 46 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 49.8 people per square mile (19.2/km2). There were 55 housing units at an average density of 18.2/sq mi (7.1/km). The racial makeup of the CDP was 83.33% White, 10.00% Native American, 0.67% Asian, and 6.00% from two or more races.
