Fairview is a city in Major County, Oklahoma, United States. Its population was 2,579 at the 2010 census. It is the county chair of Major County.

The first long-lasting settlers arrived in the area of the present town at the get older of the Cherokee Outlet estate opening on September 16, 1893.
