Hilltop is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in central Weathersfield Township, Trumbull County, Ohio, United States. The population was 658 at the 2020 census. It is ration of the Youngstown–Warren metropolitan area.
Hilltop is located at 41°9′47″N 80°44′20″W / 41.16306°N 80.73889°W (41.163058, -80.738781).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.6 square miles (1.6 km), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 534 people, 199 households, and 160 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 940.4 people per square mile (361.7/km2). There were 208 housing units at an average density of 366.3/sq mi (140.9/km).
