Maysville is a town in Jones County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 1,019 at the 2010 census. It is allowance of the New Bern, North Carolina Micropolitan Statistical Area. This town was house to former MLB left fielder Louie Meadows.

U.S. Route 17 passes through the center of town, leading north 21 miles (34 km) to New Bern and southwest 15 miles (24 km) to Jacksonville. North Carolina Highway 58 leads southeast from Maysville 20 miles (32 km) to Emerald Isle upon the Atlantic coast.
