First and foremost, La Tulipe's has one of the most beautiful and freshest flower arrangements I've ever seen. I've ordered the 'designer's choice' for my partners birthday and it was absolutely stunning.

In addition, Annie and her team are beyond amazing. There was a slight mix up on the delivery address and Annie personally stepped up to resolve this issue, on a Friday night too! Never have I experienced such spectacular customer service.

Her flowers are beautiful and her team is amazing. This will be my go-to floral shop for all future celebrations moving forward!

The flower arrangement that Annie at La Tulipe sent to the Service I was attending was better than I expected and without having the picture from online next to the arrangement, I would have said, it was the same, just bigger and better! The flowers arrived on time! One of my friend's flowers were nothing like what she had ordered..from a different flower store, she was so disappointed...she loved my flowers. Thank you Annie, for putting a smile on our face on a sad day. Highly recommend this flower store, specially if you are not from the area, I have been at this store, they can be trusted to do an excellent job!

I have been using La Tulipe Floral Designs for a few years now to surprise my Mom in Michigan. Here is the latest arrangement they did for my mothers 70th birthday. But, when the time came to deciding exactly what I wanted, I was overwhelmed. I worked with Annie and she created a beautiful design which was better than I could imagine. I was really impressed that Annie was willing to help me save money by replacing some expensive blooms with other flowers which were just as lovely. On my wedding day, the flowers were unforgettable and the WOW factor was present in every little detail my amazing bouquet, the cake topper, the gorgeous wedding arch, and the jaw dropping table centerpieces. I tried to send same day delivery flowers. I put the order in before the cut-off time. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here. They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them!

I am editing my review because the Customer service representative , Annie, followed up on my problem after reading this review and got to the bottom of my problem. She called me personally and we got flowers out to my friend on time. Thank you Annie!

The flowers I got from here are fantastic. They were delivered on Friday 3rd May, the temperature here was 100f! I wasn't home so they had to sit on the doorstep. It is now Wed 7th and they look as good as if they had just arrived.
Beautiful all white arrangement in clear glass vase.
These are BY FAR the best flowers that I have received in this area, I have had a number of deliveries from a larger florist and they have all been rubbish compared to this.

Jackson Heights is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Lenoir County, North Carolina, United States. Its population was 1,141 as of the 2010 census.

Jackson Heights is in central Lenoir County, 4 miles (6 km) southwest of Kinston, the county seat. North Carolina Highway 11 and North Carolina Highway 55 form the northwestern affix of the community. The highways control northeastward together into Kinston, while NC 11 leads southwest 28 miles (45 km) to Kenansville and NH 55 leads west 26 miles (42 km) to Mount Olive. U.S. Route 258 passes just southeast of Jackson Heights, leading northeast into Kinston and south 39 miles (63 km) to Jacksonville.
