Bayshore is a census-designated place (CDP) in New Hanover County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 3,393 at the 2010 census. It is share of the Wilmington Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Bayshore is located at 34°17′1″N 77°47′47″W / 34.28361°N 77.79639°W (34.283713, -77.796454).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.7 square miles (9.6 km), of which 3.6 square miles (9.3 km2) is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 km) (2.72%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 2,512 people, 967 households, and 772 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 700.4 people per square mile (270.2/km2). There were 1,058 housing units at an average density of 295.0/sq mi (113.8/km). The racial makeup of the CDP was 96.54% White, 1.91% African American, 0.32% Native American, 0.56% Asian, 0.04% Pacific Islander, 0.20% from further races, and 0.44% from two or more races.
