Nakaibito is located at 35°47′15″N 108°48′28″W / 35.78750°N 108.80778°W (35.787565, -108.807911).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 6.9 square miles (18 km), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 455 people, 117 households, and 91 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 66.2 people per square mile (25.5/km2). There were 150 housing units at an average density of 21.8 per square mile (8.4/km). The racial makeup of the CDP was 99.12% Native American, 0.44% White, 0.22% Asian, and 0.22% from extra races.
