Jerico Springs is a village in Cedar County, Missouri, United States. The population was 160 at the 2020 census.
Jerico Springs was platted in 1882. Its state is derived from both the ancient city of Jericho and that of Joseph B. Carrico, the owner of the town site.
Jerico Springs is located in the southwestern corner of Cedar County upon Missouri Route 97. Stockton Lake lies nearly ten miles to the east of the town. The area is within the Springfield Plateau region of the Ozarks.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.68 square miles (1.76 km), all land.
