Gibbs is a village in Wilson Township, Adair County, Missouri, United States. The population was 107 at the 2010 census.

The town of Gibbs was an outgrowth of the Santa Fe Railroad, laid out in 1887 afterward the rail lines passed through southeastern Adair County. The proclaim Gibbs was fixed in praise of Frank W.
