Calhoun is a city in Henry County, Missouri, United States. The population was 469 at the 2010 census.
Calhoun was platted in 1837. The town was named after John C. Calhoun, seventh Vice President of the United States. A proclaim office called Calhoun has been in operation before 1844.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total Place of 0.99 square miles (2.56 km), of which 0.98 square miles (2.54 km2) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 km) is water.
