I feel this place is past its prime. Place is cramped and dated. Flower arrangement styles are dated. Even the center it's in is in need of a renovation. Stopped in to pick up flowers for my wife and just didn't like the whole deal. Very limited selection. Asked for roses to be wrapped in brown paper and I got this weird iridescent glittering mesh fabric wrap. Roses were moderate in quality at best. Just weird.

The flower arrangement that Annie at La Tulipe sent to the Service I was attending was better than I expected and without having the picture from online next to the arrangement, I would have said, it was the same, just bigger and better! The flowers arrived on time! One of my friend's flowers were nothing like what she had ordered..from a different flower store, she was so disappointed...she loved my flowers. Thank you Annie, for putting a smile on our face on a sad day. Highly recommend this flower store, specially if you are not from the area, I have been at this store, they can be trusted to do an excellent job!

First and foremost, La Tulipe's has one of the most beautiful and freshest flower arrangements I've ever seen. I've ordered the 'designer's choice' for my partners birthday and it was absolutely stunning.

In addition, Annie and her team are beyond amazing. There was a slight mix up on the delivery address and Annie personally stepped up to resolve this issue, on a Friday night too! Never have I experienced such spectacular customer service.

I would give more stars if I could. Annie put together the perfect floral arrangement for my niece, who is in the hospital. My niece loved them. She sent me a picture and they were beautiful. Annie designed the flowers for my wedding. She is so personable and great to work with during the planning process. Met with Annie at La Tulipe to order a casket spray for my Uncle's service. I provided her a picture of what we wanted the arrangements to look like and the flowers we wanted. With all the expenses that had already incurred for the funeral service, we were on a tight budget. Annie was extremely understanding and worked with the budget we gave her, while still ensuring that the flowers we receive will be beautiful. When we arrived at my Uncle's viewing, we were very pleased and happy at how beautiful she made the spray...better than what we had envisioned. The design is beautiful, I ordered the 'sammi' arrangement with orchids and I paid extra for premium so i figured that if the picture shown on their web it's already beautiful as it is, so paying for premium will be even better since they specify that more blooming will be added! The arrangement delivered was beautiful but looked basic even less blooming than picture on their web. Although it was a beautiful arrangement design but I dont think extra blooming was added to it.

Beautiful flowers! Me and my boyfriend called Wednesday night for a bouquet and a boutonnière on our prom Saturday morning and we were taken care of immediately! Our centerpieces were included in our package through the venue (part of the reason we went with La Tulipe, as she had worked this venue many times) and they were exactly what we wanted - personally, I had feared they would be/look cheap (since they were "included"), but I was REALLY impressed with how they turned out.

Annie also worked with my now Husband, on two projects, that were surprises - both turned out amazing!

I placed an order for a Bday bouquet that wasn´t delivered on the indicated date. I had issues contacting the seller, but once I did I was explained that she had staff with Covid that weren´t available to answer calls or emails. In addition, apparently the local florist had shut down their system for personal reasons (??) and didn´t process my order. A chain of odd events. Eventually, although a day later than the original date, the California seller took care of my order and upgrated the bouquet to the most expensive one and was delivered a day later. I would recommend always making sure the florist is a local seller in your area.

I used Annie for my wedding. She was fantastic. I was very vague in my description of what I wanted. I basically told her she was the professional, not me, so she needed to tell me what was going to look good. Told her we were going for a rustic look for our wedding, what my colors were, and sent her a couple pictures of things I liked. She nailed it! Exactly what I imagined, but couldn't say. She was so friendly and personable too. Flowers were delivered on time and everything went off without a hitch. Professional, friendly, and very talented! Oh and prices were very reasonable as well.

I was looking for a flower preservation company to preserve mt wife's bouquet from our recent wedding. Though they don't do it, they tried looking online and then even texted me later of places they could find. They went well above and beyond my expectations of customer service.

Sooooo, I don't know where to start. I needed to send SYMPATHY flowers to a very special friend. She lives in a semi rural area in SC.... 30 min outside Charleston. I called closer stores as well. 2 hours, NO exaggeration on the phone calls. I was met with 1 We don't deliver to that area code many times. 2. we only do weddings this time of year. 2. Many phone calls not returned. 4. No inventory in the winter besides Christmas. I could go on and on. Maybe one more. 5. The craziest was the delivery charge that was almost the amount of the flowers. Thanks so much for listening so far. ******Here comes the best part. The last store I tried was the wrong store or I should say the wrong state. This store is located in Laguna Beach, CA. I still don't know how this happened. A Guardian Angel named "Annie" whose voice even sounds sweet. She was so patient listening to my story. She said, "I will do everything possible to help." I don't know how she made that happen, but she did. After phone calls back in forth and texts. This woman deserves a 10+++ in kindness, "Annie" really cared. Nowadays people are so fast to complain or criticize and I hope she knows how grateful I am. How she made time for me I don't know. Her flower shop is quite busy. Look at those flowers on the website. Just so BEAUTIFUL and unique. I wish I could have met Annie or send her flowers. EVERYTHING! From my very late notice the very sweet knowledgeable owner try ok my request and took it from there! Special ordered the very special lily style Asian bouquet Lilies furnished the overnite delivery following day! A gorgeous white china vase with over 25 blooms, whose aromas filled the air in our home for nearly two weeks prompting oohs and. Aha from all her visiting friends for her specia l ! The flowers I got from here are fantastic. They were delivered on Friday 3rd May, the temperature here was 100f! I wasn't home so they had to sit on the doorstep. It is now Wed 7th and they look as good as if they had just arrived.

This was the first time ordering from La Tulipe. I normally order from a different florist in North OC, but our Memorial service was in South OC so I looked at what several different florist offered and really liked what I saw on La Tulipe's site. I ordered on online but had a few questions so I called first. I had the pleasure of speaking to Annie and she was really helpful. The flowers arrived on time and were very beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend or order again from this florist.
