Ocean Grove is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Swansea in Bristol County, Massachusetts, United States, on the north shore of Mount Hope Bay near the Cole River. The population was 2,811 at the 2010 census, and 2,904 as of the 2020 census.
Ocean Grove is located at 41°43′44″N 71°12′34″W / 41.72889°N 71.20944°W (41.728751, -71.209365).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total Place of 2.1 km (0.81 sq mi) of which 1.7 km2 (0.66 sq mi) is home and 0.4 km (0.15 sq mi) (18.29%) is water.
At the 2000 census, there were 3,012 people, 1,234 households and 856 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 1,735.7/km2 (4,495/sq mi).
