Blue Ridge Manor is a house rule-class city in Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States. The city was formally incorporated by the confess assembly in 1964. The population was 767 at the 2010 census, up from 623 at the 2000 census.
Blue Ridge Manor is located in eastern Jefferson County at 38°14′37″N 85°33′55″W / 38.24361°N 85.56528°W (38.243570, -85.565365). It is bordered to the northeast by Sycamore, to the east by Douglass Hills, to the south and west by Jeffersontown, and to the north by a part of Louisville. U.S. Route 60 (Shelbyville Road) runs through the north side of Blue Ridge Manor, leading west 11 miles (18 km) to downtown Louisville.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.19 square miles (0.48 km), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 623 people, 308 households, and 170 families residing in the city. The population density was 3,298.7 inhabitants per square mile (1,273.6/km2). There were 316 housing units at an average density of 1,673.2 per square mile (646.0/km). The racial makeup of the city was 94.06% White, 3.53% Black or African American, 0.32% Asian, 0.48% from other races, and 1.61% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.96% of the population.
