Random Google searching took us to this florist. The owners were very nice and helped us pick out a custom bouquet of flowers for a birthday. It was a pleasant surprise and I will go back and highly recommend it as a number one choice.

A truly lovely experience from start to finish and all done online/through email. They were incredibly responsive when my original delivery date was not available and were able to update to a new address on short notice. The arrangement they created was superb and the recipient loved it. Definitely go with "Designer's Choice" if you don't know what to pick; the flower artists here really have a gorgeous eye. The design is beautiful, I ordered the 'sammi' arrangement with orchids and I paid extra for premium so i figured that if the picture shown on their web it's already beautiful as it is, so paying for premium will be even better since they specify that more blooming will be added! The arrangement delivered was beautiful but looked basic even less blooming than picture on their web. Although it was a beautiful arrangement design but I dont think extra blooming was added to it.

(Really wish Yelp wouldn't take down my reviwes) Annie and her team are the most wonderful group of people I've had the pleasure of meeting. Every boquet I order is gorgeous and everybody asks where I got it From! I've never had a order that wasn't absolutely stunning!

This was the first time ordering from La Tulipe. I normally order from a different florist in North OC, but our Memorial service was in South OC so I looked at what several different florist offered and really liked what I saw on La Tulipe's site. I ordered on online but had a few questions so I called first. I had the pleasure of speaking to Annie and she was really helpful. The flowers arrived on time and were very beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend or order again from this florist.

I was married in Dana Point, CA and planned a very quick wedding (only 4 months to plan). La Tulipe was one of the preferred vendors of my venue and was my first and only florist that I met with. I actually met with a younger man ( I believe it was the owners brother) who was very pleasant, informative and super helpful on making my budget go far. I wanted to use a special type of orchid and he was able to help me not only find complimentary flowers but also other types of awesome looking orchid types that would really go with the VERY expensive orchid I wanted to use as my main flower.

After telling him what I wanted and needed I was able to communicate very easily with Annie via email. Her emails were detailed, prompt and informative. I feel like she really listened to what I wanted. I also had 25 centerpiece cakes that I wanted extra decretive flowers and petals for so that my wedding helpers (mother and mother-in-law) and venue coordinator could decorate them. Not only did they make sure that the church looked awesome, but the venue looked AMAZING. Annie and her team went above and beyond and decorated each cake (which was not something we discussed her doing). I was so Thankful! She delivered my bouquet, bridesmaid flowers and flower girl flowers to me and the Groom and groomsmen flowers to them on time (actually perfect time for the photographer).

Overall, not worrying about the flowers, having them come out so beautiful and everything being on time and right really made my day so awesome!!! I would use La Tulipe Floral for any and all my floral needs for anything I do down south!

I was in another state and worked purely with Annie over the phone. I did not know what I wanted and Annie provided me inspiration pictures and had extensive knowledge of the venue. When I arrived in Laguna Beach, the flowers were beyond my expectations. I could not recommend them more!

A good friend of mine introduced me to this floral shop. Went through their menu and chose my choice. Their custom designs are beautiful, but a tad too expensive on the orchid designs. All in all, it's a great floral shop and conveniently located.

It's amazing the quality of work the designer at La Tulipé provide for me and my office. EVERY TIME I send arrangements to a client or loved one, they ALWAYS tell me how well-crafted their floral arrangements were arranged! I'm not exactly sure what it is that makes the floral arrangements so amazing, but seriously, the only flowers my clients remember are the ones that I send from La Tulipé. Have also used them for event-related arrangements at venues like the Ritz and the Montage, and was very pleasantly surprised everytime they came under budget while also providing the highest quality work. Sooooo, I don't know where to start. I needed to send SYMPATHY flowers to a very special friend. She lives in a semi rural area in SC.... 30 min outside Charleston. I called closer stores as well. 2 hours, NO exaggeration on the phone calls. I was met with 1 We don't deliver to that area code many times. 2. we only do weddings this time of year. 2. Many phone calls not returned. 4. No inventory in the winter besides Christmas. I could go on and on. Maybe one more. 5. The craziest was the delivery charge that was almost the amount of the flowers. Thanks so much for listening so far. ******Here comes the best part. The last store I tried was the wrong store or I should say the wrong state. This store is located in Laguna Beach, CA. I still don't know how this happened. A Guardian Angel named "Annie" whose voice even sounds sweet. She was so patient listening to my story. She said, "I will do everything possible to help." I don't know how she made that happen, but she did. After phone calls back in forth and texts. This woman deserves a 10+++ in kindness, "Annie" really cared. Nowadays people are so fast to complain or criticize and I hope she knows how grateful I am. How she made time for me I don't know. Her flower shop is quite busy. Look at those flowers on the website. Just so BEAUTIFUL and unique. I wish I could have met Annie or send her flowers. However, I'm happy this kind of woman is just where she belongs... surrounded by beautiful colors, light, fragrance, etc. I am forever grateful for her compassion.

I feel this place is past its prime. Place is cramped and dated. Flower arrangement styles are dated. Even the center it's in is in need of a renovation. Stopped in to pick up flowers for my wife and just didn't like the whole deal. Very limited selection. Asked for roses to be wrapped in brown paper and I got this weird iridescent glittering mesh fabric wrap. Roses were moderate in quality at best. Just weird.

I had so many guest ask where I got the flowers from and wanted there phone number. Sitting at the table you could smell the flowers and the scent was so nice. I tried to send same day delivery flowers. I put the order in before the cut-off time. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here. They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them!
