Osceola is a city in Clarke County, Iowa, United States. The population was 5,160 at the period of the 2020 census. It is the county chair of Clarke County.

Osceola was named after a Seminole Indian leader of the thesame name. Osceola is an anglicised form of Asiyahola: assi, from a ceremonial yaupon holly tea or “black drink” and yaholi, the declare of a Creek god intoned subsequently the drink was served.
