Willow Hill is a village in Jasper County, Illinois. The population was 230 at the 2010 census.
Willow Hill is located in eastern Jasper County at 38°59′50″N 88°1′17″W / 38.99722°N 88.02139°W (38.997299, -88.021335). It is 1 mile (2 km) south of Illinois Route 33 and 9 miles (14 km) east of Newton, the county seat.
According to the 2010 census, Willow Hill has a total Place of 1.04 square miles (2.69 km), all of it recorded as land. Hickory Creek, a tributary of the North Fork of the Embarras River, flows across the northeast allocation of the village.
As of the census of 2000, there were 250 people, 82 households, and 65 families residing in the village. The population density was 240.9 inhabitants per square mile (93.0/km2). There were 90 housing units at an average density of 86.7 per square mile (33.5/km). The racial makeup of the village was 96.40% White, 3.20% Asian, and 0.40% from two or more races.
