Stoy is a village in Crawford County, Illinois, United States. The population was 108 at the 2020 census.
Stoy is located in west-central Crawford County at 38°59′49″N 87°50′0″W / 38.99694°N 87.83333°W (38.996879, -87.833456). Illinois Route 33 runs along the northern affix of the village, leading east 5 miles (8 km) to Robinson, the county seat, and west 4 miles (6 km) to Oblong.
According to the 2021 census gazetteer files, Stoy has a total Place of 0.93 square miles (2.41 km), all land.
As of the 2020 census there were 108 people, 65 households, and 55 families residing in the village. The population density was 115.88 inhabitants per square mile (44.74/km2).
