Lomax is a village in Henderson County, Illinois, United States. The population was 454 at the 2010 census, a terminate from 477 in 2000. It is part of the Burlington, IA–IL Micropolitan Statistical Area.
Lomax is located in southwestern Henderson County at 40°40′47″N 91°4′20″W / 40.67972°N 91.07222°W (40.679763, -91.072341). Illinois Route 96 passes through the village, leading east 5 miles (8 km) to Illinois Route 94 north of Terre Haute and southwest 6 miles (10 km) to Dallas City along the Mississippi River.
