Met with Annie at La Tulipe to order a casket spray for my Uncle's service. I provided her a picture of what we wanted the arrangements to look like and the flowers we wanted. With all the expenses that had already incurred for the funeral service, we were on a tight budget. Annie was extremely understanding and worked with the budget we gave her, while still ensuring that the flowers we receive will be beautiful. When we arrived at my Uncle's viewing, we were very pleased and happy at how beautiful she made the spray...better than what we had envisioned. I would definitely recommend La Tulipe for any occasion.

I totally lucked out by calling La Tulipe Floral Designs. I live in Chicago, my sister in law lives in Evergreen. The flowers were stunning and the people are so nice. They really get the look you're asking for and they're very accommodating. Wish they'd open up a store in Chicago!

Just went to this florist for the first time Saturday. Annie is so creative and helpful. I needed a small arrangement for my girlfriends 50th birthday party. I had no idea what flowers to choose, but Annie did. She made the most beautiful arrangement and everyone at the party noticed them. The flowers are very reasonably priced and you won’t go wrong if you go to la tulips next time you need flowers for any occasion.

I ordered for same day delivery and the order unfortunately was delivered in freezing temperatures so the plant did not survive. Upon contacting them they redelivered the plant and it is just beautiful! I appreciate the customer service especially as this was meant as a sympathy bouquet. Thank you for your service La Tulipe!

The design is beautiful, I ordered the 'sammi' arrangement with orchids and I paid extra for premium so i figured that if the picture shown on their web it's already beautiful as it is, so paying for premium will be even better since they specify that more blooming will be added! The arrangement delivered was beautiful but looked basic even less blooming than picture on their web. Although it was a beautiful arrangement design but I dont think extra blooming was added to it.

A good friend of mine introduced me to this floral shop. Went through their menu and chose my choice. Their custom designs are beautiful, but a tad too expensive on the orchid designs. All in all, it's a great floral shop and conveniently located.

As you see, I like to spoil my mother. The middle flowers are from La Tulipe right on time for my moms birthday, I was on the phone when she got them and she was so happy and thinks they're beautiful! I do too! Simple and her favorite color is purple. No matter the distance, La Tulipe comes through!

What a great owner and flower shop! They made these beautiful centerpieces for my event and I can't wait to use the again.

They are not what they used to be. Overpriced, the flowers they deliver are a bastered-child version of what you see on the website and the vase they come in are almost never the same as what you see on the website. I gave them a 3 because the owner is very nice on the phone.

This little flower shop is great. They listen to what you want and design beautiful bouquets every-time. Last time I got flowers for my wife, they we're wonderfully arranged and lasted for more than a week.

Annie is fabulous! Her arrangements are amazing! She's very easy to work with and just gets the aesthetic every time. She's made several arrangements for me, ranging from birthday bouquet, table decor and larger funeral arrangement and quite a few more. Each time she's knocked it out of the park! She's so talented and I wouldn't use anyone else! Annie and her shop are an absolute gem in Laguna Niguel.

La Tulipe was recommended to me by a fellow Mom with a high school student when we were in need of a corsage for my son's date. I thought the first time I worked with Annie she was the best - but the most recent winter formal flowers were the best I've ever seen for my 2 sons high schools dances over 6 years! She is always so great about asking what the date's dress color is and what color ribbon (as a mother of 2 boys, I just don't think of these things!:)), and then confirming if we want to order the boutonnière with her too so they will match. I was looking for a flower preservation company to preserve mt wife's bouquet from our recent wedding. Though they don't do it, they tried looking online and then even texted me later of places they could find. They went well above and beyond my expectations of customer service.

I had a VERY LAST MINUTE custom order that I needed within an hour for my nephew's anniversary. Not only did they have it ready on time, but the flowers exceeded our expectations! La Tulipe went above & beyond! I placed a late order for a floral arrangement to be delivered the next day for a funeral. I received a call later that same night and spoke to the kind lady(I'm so sorry I can't remember your name ), but she said due to the late order they couldn't promise they would have the flowers needed for my order. I explained the situation and explained that it was ok for her to use whatever flowers she had. I wasn't promised on time delivery but they were gonna do their best. I am grateful for the effort because they delivered on time. Thank you so much for great customer service. If I can get ahold of the floral arrangement they made, I'll post. But I would highly recommend La Tulipe Floral Designs.

There's no words to explain that feeling when someone walks in with a flower delivery and it has your name on the card. Especially in an office filled with other women who usually are the recipients... It was a unexpected surprise of Happy! Sooooo, I don't know where to start. I needed to send SYMPATHY flowers to a very special friend. She lives in a semi rural area in SC.... 30 min outside Charleston. I called closer stores as well. 2 hours, NO exaggeration on the phone calls. I was met with 1 We don't deliver to that area code many times. 2. we only do weddings this time of year. 2. Many phone calls not returned. 4. No inventory in the winter besides Christmas. I could go on and on. Maybe one more. 5. The craziest was the delivery charge that was almost the amount of the flowers. Thanks so much for listening so far. ******Here comes the best part. The last store I tried was the wrong store or I should say the wrong state. This store is located in Laguna Beach, CA. I still don't know how this happened. A Guardian Angel named "Annie" whose voice even sounds sweet. She was so patient listening to my story. She said, "I will do everything possible to help." I don't know how she made that happen, but she did. After phone calls back in forth and texts. This woman deserves a 10+++ in kindness, "Annie" really cared. Nowadays people are so fast to complain or criticize and I hope she knows how grateful I am. How she made time for me I don't know. Her flower shop is quite busy. Look at those flowers on the website. Just so BEAUTIFUL and unique. I wish I could have met Annie or send her flowers. However, I'm happy this kind of woman is just where she belongs... surrounded by beautiful colors, light, fragrance, etc. I am forever grateful for her compassion.

The flowers I got from here are fantastic. They were delivered on Friday 3rd May, the temperature here was 100f! I wasn't home so they had to sit on the doorstep. It is now Wed 7th and they look as good as if they had just arrived.
