Holly Hill is a city in Volusia County, Florida, United States. The population was 11,659 at the 2010 census. Holly Hill’s city limits lie entirely on the Florida mainland, unlike the larger cities upon either side of it, Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach, which encompass both the mainland and the barrier island (beach front) across the Halifax River.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.5 square miles (12 km), of which 3.9 square miles (10 km2) is house and 0.6 square miles (1.6 km) (13.94%) is water.
Holly Hill was incorporated in 1901. The indigenous intention for immersion was to force local owners of razorback hogs to keep their livestock penned up.
